Mina came out the same afternoon that I contacted him. Over the phone he had already given me a good idea of what the problem might be and what it was likely to cost to fix it. He was very thorough and luckily for me the problem was only a minor one. He gave me good advice on how to best look after my machine and what could possibly require future attention. I would have no hesitation in contacting him again .
